Rehabilitation
Our primary goal is not only to prevent surgery whenever possible by promoting functional movement patterns but also to proactively train athletes to avoid injuries altogether. We provide comprehensive rehabilitation and preventative training for athletes at all stages of post-injury recovery, with a specialized focus on arm care and the development of movement strategies designed to minimize the risk of surgical intervention.
Our approach includes thorough assessments that consider the specific injury or biomechanical risk factors to create individualized, customized rehabilitation and preventative programs. We address injuries to critical arm structures such as the Ulnar Collateral Ligament (UCL), Supraspinatus, Teres Minor, and Subscapularis, especially in post-surgical phases.
For athletes recovering from surgeries involving torn UCL tendons, labral tears, rotator cuff injuries, and ulnar neuritis, our protocols incorporate detailed functional assessments and tailored programming to optimize recovery and restore peak performance. Additionally, our targeted training emphasizes movement efficiency and arm health to help athletes reduce the likelihood of future injuries and the need for surgical intervention.
